Private Trip Rates 2010-2011

Hi, You've heard about our vacations in Baja! If our trips are full, or your schedule does not allow for you to join one of our tours, you can make your own private trip plans with a few friends. Here's how...

Private Kayak Tours and Combo / Multisport trips

Group Size and Cost (rates are based on actual trip days)
(for trips shorter than the minimum 4 days add 10%)

2 people ; 4 + days ; $145 / person / day
3-5 people ; 4-7 days ; $135 / person / day - (sample: 7 tour days for $945)
3-5 people ; 8 + days ; $125 / person / day

6 + people ; 4-7 days ; $125 / person / day - (6 tour days $750 ; 7 tour days $875)
6 + people ; 8 + days ; $115 / person / day

* cost does not include hotel, ground transfer from airport, end-of-trip dinner, or use of snorkel gear. (Full-package trips for Private Groups can also be arranged.)

(with 3 minimum full-fare payments ; kids 5-8 -50% discount ; kids 9-12 -20% )

Payment Schedule
* contact our office to check available space.
* send a $500 non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of dates for the group

* One contact person for the group (the group organizer, or designated person) will manage the trip payments, and will receive and distribute all trip information we supply and contact us with any questions from the group.

* In case of a group cancellation within 90 days prior to trip, the deposit, less $200, may be used by any group member towards a scheduled trip within one year. (subject to availability at time of booking)

Pack Trip Specifics:

* minimum 3, maximum, ask us (for 1 or 2 folks, contact us)
* 3 day minimum or contact us for pro rating
* $135 per day for riders; $117 for hikers
* cost does not include hotel, airport transfers, or end-of-trip dinner.

Mountain Bike Trip Specifics:

* 3 folks minimum, maximum check with us
* 3 day minimum
* $135 / day with Novara bike, support, meals, and guide; $115 / day if B.Y.O.Bike.
* $75 / day for "bare bones"
* cost does not include hotel, airport transfers, or end-of-trip dinner.
